My Account section allows all customers to create, update and manage all personal information and order transactions with My accounts also allows you to view all previous orders, credit vouchers, gift cards and money saved on your account. You can also;

How do I create an Account

You can create an account by click on My Account link at the top right corner of the page. You would be redirected to the customer account login page. Click on "Create an account". Once you get to the account information screen, enter all your details, click submit.

Can I order a product without having an account

Unfortunately, we currently are unable to process orders without a customer account. You would need to create an account to place an order on


How do I Place an Order

Once you identified the product you are interested in, you select all options (like color, size, length and other options) the final price would appear once options have been selected. You then add to cart. Once its added to cart, you should then select your payment method and click on "Place Order".**If paying through Mastercard, Visa or Verve, you would be redirected to the final preview page. Click Continue to enter you card details.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made through one of our payment channels, we would then process your order and ensure delivery within the delivery time stated. Once payment is confirmed and successful, a confirmation email would be sent with details of your products order, order ID, your address and the expected delivery information.
Your order ID would be unique for your refenece in case you need to contact us and everytime you order on, a new unique order ID would be generated.

The Product is "Out of Stock", Can I order this product?

Once a product is "Out of Stock", the product is no longer in stock at, however, this product might be restocked at a later date. Please add the product to your wishlist and you would be notified once its back in stock.


What is Quick Shop?

Quick Shop allows you to view the details of the product you are about to buy and selecting all the options (i.e color, size, length) without leaving the current page you are on. You can add your products to cart and continue shopping.

What is Mauxy Prime Products?

Mauxy Prime Products are products that can be delivered within 24hours if urgently required. Please contact staff after placing an order that you want the product delivered within 24hours. Your order would then be processed urgently

What is Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGOF)?

Buy one get one free allows you to order the product and have a second product of the same order for free. Yes for free. You only need to pay for one and two would be delivered.

What is Mauxy Prestige?

Mauxy Prestige Customers are customers who have prepared and gets discounts of orders and also gets a return interest based on amount prepaid. Prestige Customers are Silver, GOld and Platinum. Based on the category, a payment for a certain amount is made and would be added to your account as prepaid balance in your account. When orders are made, prestige customers can decide on paying using the accounts as the mode of payment and the amount will be deducted from the balance in your account.

How do I put money into my prestige account?

To credit your account, you would have to;
  • Log in to your account
  • Go to your prestige page in the Accounts section
  • Select your payment option
  • Enter the amount you want to top-up with • And go through the checkout process
  • For Silver Prestige Customer, N250,000 should be credited and a minimum balance of N100,000 should be maintained until year end
  • For Gold Prestige Customer, N500,000 should be credited and a minimum balance of N250,000 should be maintained until year end
  • For Platinum Prestige Customer, N1,000,000 should be credited and a minimum balance of N500,000 should be maintained until year end

How much money can I put into my account?

The highest grade is the Platinum customer and you need a minimum of N1,000,000.

How do I use the money in my account?

In order to use your balance;

What do I do if my balance is insufficient?

In case your balance is lower than the total amount payable, you can make a partial payment using your Wallet and then pay the remaining amount using any of the other prepaid payment options. Please note that Pay on Delivery and other forms of payment can be combined with a Prestige payment.

How can I redeem my funds if I want to close my account?

For redemption, please note that credits in your account from Gift Cards are NOT REFUNDABLE. Redemption is only possible on payment made through cash deposits, bank transfers and card payments.

Can I transfer my balance?

Yes, you can transfer your account to another customer only if they are also a prestige customer. The balance in your account can be transferred to other prestige account holders.

What is the Refund Policy for Prestige Customers?

The refund policy of the Prestige Account depends on the balance in your account.
  • Topped-Up Balance: This component refers to the prepaid credit balance in your account that you have purchased using your Bank transfers, cash Deposits, online payments and card transfer for use.
  • Gift Cards: This is a non-monetary gift issued by that can be used to purchase featured products. The amount residing in this component is not refundable or transferable.

Is there any expiry date for the balance in my Prestige Account?

No, there is no expiry date for your balance. You will be able to use your Wallet balance at any point in time.

Can I delete my Prestige Account?

Since its an upgraded account, it cannot be deleted separately. However, you may chose to no longer continue as a Prestige Customer as it totally up to your discretion. You would however lose all benefits associated with the Prestige Accounts.

How do I pay using a Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all cards such as VISA, Verve and MasterCard both local and international cards are supported. How do I check the current status of my orders?

How much are the delivery charges? provides free delivery on all items in Lagos and Abuja or N100,000 in other areas of the country. Otherwise a delivery charge starting at N1,200 for the rest of the country is charged as delivery charges. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product page. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates: 

  • Mentioned as 1-3 business days delivery time: This applies to most orders in Lagos and Abuja. Delivery could take up to 7 working days especially during holiday periods
  • We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page.
  • With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. This will be followed by a call to verify your purchase and initiate shipping
  • Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?

All deliveries within Lagos and Abuja are processed through Mauxy dispatches, DHL and Tranex (Courier partners), whilst other deliveries to other states in Nigeria will be processed through reputed couriers. 

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will dispatch to the nearest pick-up point.

What about warranty and hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.

For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has been dispatched, you can do one of the following:

  2. If you have received the product,you can only cancel the order if the product received has not been opened. Also, you will only be refunded the product cost and not the delivery charge. You would have to send the items back using any courier service of your choice. We would not incur the delivery charges for returns
  3. If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost to you. The 7 Day Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on
